Air Audit

Air audits for compressed air systems find out the savings potential and development targets of your compressed air system.

With the measurement, we find out the current state of your compressed air system and make our solution proposals for its development. Air auditing is necessary, especially if you are planning new investments and development measures. We have found that in many cases no new equipment investment is required to address capacity needs, as the analysis can be used for optimizing the existing system.
We study your system comprehensively - from compressor operation to compressed air quality and energy consumption. You will get measured information about your compressed air system, on the basis of which you can take the right development measures.
Air Leak Audit
Compressed air leaks are deceptive as they are difficult to hear or see in a factory environment. However, the disadvantages of the leak will continue until the leak is repaired. Therefore, leak auditing should be included in maintenance processes.
Compressed air leaks occur continuously. We have found in several maintenance studies that compressed air leaks increase steadily as production processes run, although the largest holes are sought to be patched during maintenance outages.
Compressed air leaks cause both unnecessary energy consumption, but also disruptions to production. The failure function of a pneumatic actuator is often caused by a leak. As the leakage in the cylinder or other actuator increases, there is no longer enough power, but the trajectory remains incomplete and the result is an interruption of operation.
Compressed air leaks often contaminate their environment by blowing fine debris around so that the equipment around them is disrupted.
Air Quality Testing
ISO 8573-1 is an internationally recognised standard that defines major contaminants in compressed air. The implementation of this standard supports accurate testing of the major contaminants in compressed air – particles, water and oil.
The quality of compressed air is critical and requires testing to ISO 8573-1 standard. We can measure the quality of the compressed air by checking the parameters of contaminants in your compressed air system. Using a non-invasive process, our testing is done using a fully calibrated ISO 8573-1 unit checking for oil vapour, particles, and dew point.

Service Contracts
When you want to ensure a high utilization rate of your plant, Air Power Ltd's maintenance contracts provides security for the operation of your plant.
In the maintenance contract, we take responsibility for the control of the operation of your plant, preventive maintenance and the necessary repairs. You get access to technical support and our on-call service, which resolves faults quickly and cost-effectively. You also know the cost of maintenance in advance.
You will be served by our knowledgeable and experienced service team, which will take responsibility for the preventive maintenance and repair needs of your site as agreed.
As a service contract customer, you always have priority for urgent maintenance or repair needs. We store the most common and critical spare parts ourselves, so their availability is guaranteed.
